Asian Festival

We braved the heat on Saturday and went to the Asian Festival in Columbus.  It was very hot, even though we went at 10:30 in the morning.  We were there for about 2 hours.  Quinn was really interested in watching the performances this year (lion dance, martial arts, etc.).  Although it was hot we still had a good time!

1st day of vacation

We are on vacation and the boys are loving the ocean and the pool.  We are in Myrtle Beach and arrived last night.  The drive wasn't too bad.  Caden had a few crying spells and mainly because he was tired.  Caden is also in the process of getting 3 molars and has a sinus infection.  So, considering all that, plus the fact that he cannot sit still, he did amazing in the car!  Both boys love the beach, sand, and water.  We went to the beach twice today (morning & afternoon) and went swimming in the pool twice as well.  The boys have shared a room/bed since we've been here, a first for them.  I put Caden to sleep first (because I still rock him) and then Quinn goes in and goes to sleep.  So far so good.  We might have to move Caden into Quinn's room when we get home if this goes good.  More vacation pics to come.....
