Monster truck mania

Quinn sometimes likes to get out all of his monster trucks and line them up. He knows all of their names and plays with them everyday. This was Saturday and he was loving having them all line up. That was until Caden wrecked it! He got mad and told me "take him back to Korea". We had a little chat about that comment! That was a first for him and hopefully the last. As long as Caden isn't moving in on the toys Quinn is playing with he's fine. Sometimes he's ok with sharing but sometimes he doesn't want to.

Warm days happen every once in a while so when we have them we definitely go outside. We are getting tired of being inside the house all day every day. Caden and Quinn both love the double stroller and both love the playground. Well, Caden loves the baby swing.

Quinn had his 3 year check up this week. He is 23.6 lbs and 33.5 inches so still very small. So, he and Caden now weigh the same. Caden might weigh more, we haven't weighed him recently.

Quinn continues to be a good big brother and Caden is still doing really good.

Quinn turned 3 on March 4th. We waited to have his party until 3/12 since Caden had not been home that long on 3/4. Quinn had a great birthday and made out with a lot of presents, as usual. He likes to say "I'm 3 now" and also likes to let us know he will be 4 next. Caden enjoyed the party too. His favorite part was eating wrapping paper!

This week started out with Caden's first doctor appt. He weighs 22 lbs (68th percentile) and is 30.5 inches (90th percentile). Everything checked out fine. Of course, now he has a cold and is so congested. I guess we may end up taking him back to the doctor next week.

The week ended with Quinn's 3rd birthday (March 4th). We took him to The House of Bounce and he loved it. He has been before but its been a while. He was a little hesitant at first, which is normal for him. But, by the time we were ready to leave he was going down the big slides by himself. He thought all the kids were there because it was his birthday and it was a party for him. We didn't bother to tell him otherwise.

We're hoping for warm weather this coming week!
