This afternoon we went to Hoan Kiem Lake & walked around. It was overcast today but still really hot. I had Quinn in the carrier for about 2-3 hours & when we got back to the hotel my shirt & his shirt were both drenched.
I'm already getting stir crazy. It's hard to live out of a hotel room w/ a baby. We still have at least a week to go.
The other families were having dinner together tonight. We did not make it b/c we got lost. We took a rickshaw who drove us around forever acting like he knew where we asked him to take us. He then dropped us off at a hotel, not the one we told him we wanted to go to. By this time we were already 30 minutes late to meet & Quinn was getting fussy. So, we'll have to get together w/ them another day.

Ray,
It sounds that everything is going great. I would freak out if I didn't know where the rickshaw driver was going. the bottle situation can be frustrating.
thanks for keeping us all updated!
Adam, Rachel and Quinn,
What fun to see Quinn wearing hats! I am glad he likes the water, maybe taking baths will be more fun when he can play in the water. We really look forward to seeing your blog everyday--we look for it first thing. Continue to enjoy your time in Vietnam...

Hello-
I am behind on commenting on the pics because my project at work this week became getting special permission to make Quinn's pics into a screen saver on my computer at work so I can have something happy to look at when work is driving me nuts. I got the permission late today. Suffice it to say I haven't seen a not cute picture of Quinn. I'm proud of both of you for never giving up on the dream of becoming parents, Quinn is lucky to have you. Counting the days til I can meet him...
Love,
Heather
